Mr. Allan R. Pringle has extensive industry experience both here and abroad in mining operations and in refrigeration operations.

Ray Kolbuch, PE
Mr. Kolbuch served as the Chief Examiner for the Province of Manitoba, Canada and as the Chairman of the Chief Examiners of Canada for over 26 years. Recently retired from his position has now joined TFM Consultants International Ltd as the Senior Advisor of Educational Material and Technical Engineering Services.
Ray Kolbuch is the holder of a Standardized First Class Power Engineer's Certificate. A former machinist by trade Mr. Kolbuch became a power engineer in 1970 and has worked in the power generation and facilities management industry as well as an instructor of power engineering in the River East Continued Educational programs. Ray was instrumental in the training of recreation facility operators in the Northwest Territories of Canada. He authored a simple but well designed manual for the training and it is still in use today. During his 39 years of service for the Privincial jurisdiction in Manitoba Mr. Kolbuch served as a boiler and mechanical inspector and also as the training development officer and chief examiner for all electrical, gas and power engineer certification licensing.

Costas Roussinos, PE
Mr. Costas Roussinos, is a well experienced power engineer with many years of mechanical maintenance and systems experience. He is the holder of a Canadian Standardized Second Class Power Engineer's Certificate.
With extensive experience in the pulp and paper industry, sawmills and educational facilites management industry he is an excellent presenter and is able to project his experiences and prepare participants for anticipating similar situations on the job.
Costas has a keen ability to quickly discover abnormalities in heating and air conditioning systems and to make corrections that result in great energy savings.
He has been instrumental in the development of Standard Operating and Emergency Procedures for several of our major clients and Maintenance Scheduling and Programing that produces better operating results for plant equipment.

LORNE STEFAN, Registered Engineering Technologist
Lorne Stefan has an extensive expertise is process control systems and instrumentation with over 37 years of experience including 25 years in the
Lorne also has eleven years of field maintenance and commissioning experience in controls and instrumentation systems and many years as a craftsman quality assurance evaluator. The last several years he served as the engineering program curriculum developer for training programs for Aramco in the Middle East.
Lorne is certified as both an RET (Registered Engineering Technologist) in Instrumentation Engineering and also as an Interprovincial Instrument Mechanic.
